HOW TO ORDER?

For ordering said items,

Order Form

We are only accepting answers for this form until August 7, 2022. Make sure to answer this form on or before that day if you'd like to submit an order. If payment is not complied with until August 7, your order will be automatically removed from the SSG's system of orders.
This form will be used to track the number of orders for each student.🛍 Please make sure to fill out all the information accordingly and double-check your responses before submitting the form.
After submitting your entry, you will receive a copy of the said entry in the Gmail address you answered in the form.📨 1-3 business days of waiting is to be expected upon getting the overall receipt of the bill and the GCash account where you will send the payment.
